Ducati Supersport 950 revealed

The introduction of the Ducati Panigale V4 SP - which will go on sale in March 2021 - coincides with the entire Panigale V4 range being updated to meet Euro5 compliance.

For 2021, the Supersport gets the Panigale treatment to bring its design closer in line with its siblings - the Panigale V2 and the Panigale V4.

And the most obvious change is its styling which now features ducts, scoops for better airflow and an aggressive fascia with redesigned LED lighting that makes it look Panigale-like.

The new electronic rider aids are made possible by the addition of 6-axis IMU that constantly monitors the bike's lean angle, pitch and yaw to calculate exactly how much acceleration or braking to give the rider at any moment. The lower fairing has also been stretched towards the dual-exhaust for a clean and concealed look. This controls the bike's rider assist features such as cornering ABS, traction control and wheelie control.

Powering the 210 kg bike is a Euro 5-compliant 937cc Testatstretta L-twin that puts out 110 HP at 9000 RPM and 93 Nm at 6500 RPM. It gets riding modes which include Sport, Touring and Urban.

The bike has received a new 4.3-inch full-TFT instrument cluster and also comes in an S version.

The aim of the Italian firm, in the looks department, has been to bring the Super Sport 950 in-line with its larger siblings, much like what it did with the V2 previous year.

The higher-spec "S" version of the bike is available in white and red paint job. The S variant gets Ohlins suspension.
