Immortals: Fenyx Rising's Stadia demo is available now

As we mentioned in our Immortals Fenyx Rising hands-on preview, this seems to be one of the minor changes implemented in the game after Ubisoft made a decision to change the name from Gods & Monsters - previously, it had seemed Homer would be the narrator. The demo will be available until October 29th, so make sure you try it out before the deadline.

As with all Stadia demos, hopping into the demo is simple. In this new intellectual property, the Quebec studios explore a new open world, where the character will have to fight against numerous enemies, mythological creatures and puzzles that will challenge the character's ability to advance in his adventure.

Fenyx Rising isn't the only recent demo being made available to players, as this week the service also offered teasers for Pac-Man Mega Tunnel Battle and Humankind. Set in a new archipelago inspired by Aphrodite's region of the game, the demo will feature a mix of combat, exploration and puzzles created to get players primed for the full experience.

We recently interviewed the Associate Game Director for Immortals Fenyx Rising, and learned a lot about what inspired the game, what players can expect, and what the future holds for Immortals Fenyx Rising. It feels like there's rather more going on than that, which you'll discover in the first few minutes of the demo, when you're presented with an uncharacteristically amusing take on Zeus.
