Sia voices 'public support' for Johnny Depp ahead of Amber Heard trial

After months of slipping out of getting to truly sit down for the $50 million defamation lawsuit that he launched in opposition to Amber Heard, Johnny Depp might have run out of time.

Depp has denied Heard's claims that he "explicitly threatened" to kill her throughout their relationship.

Sia shocked her 3.8 million followers on Friday when she took to Twitter to share her opinion about Hollywood actor Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard.

'I mean, I'd love him to get clean and stop with the jewelry, but he is clearly the victim after hearing those tapes, ' she added.

The Chandelier singer seemed to be referring to audio recordings that leaked online in February, in which Heard admits to "hitting" her ex in the past as the pair discuss their marital problems and the physical violence in their marriage.

She also sent out another tweet to Heard's ex-boyfriend Elon Musk, who Heard dated for roughly a year before they split in 2018.

"Also @elonmusk didn't you give her the seven million she "donated" from her settlement?" Why are you protecting her?

Sia gave the reference $7 million money which she had from Depp as a divorce settlement.

The singer indirectly tried to indicate that Musk gave her nearly 7 million which she donated it later.

Neither Heard nor Depp have publicly responded to Sia's comments at this time.

Johnny, 57, is suing Amber for £39 million for defamation USA after she made allegations against him.
