CNBC Host Calls Pelosi 'Crazy Nancy' to Her Face During Interview

Pelosi (D-Calif.) was on CNBC on Tuesday morning to discuss the negotiations over a new round of coronavirus relief legislation.

"What deal can we have, insane Nancy?" he said during the interview.

Cramer attempted to explain his comments again later on in the interview with Ms Pelosi, and said: "You know, I was being facetious when I used the term involving you". It was picked up by the supporters, though the USA president has never used it when speaking to the house speaker in real life.

In one tweet, Cramer compared himself to Trump, writing, "you know what i love? the president goes unchecked, calls her insane forever".

When he received criticism on Twitter, Cramer defended himself and suggested his intentions were obvious.

Insisting he was imitating President Donald Trump's insult, Cramer quickly apologized.

Crazy Jim's Investor Power Hour CNBC's Mad Money, hosted by financial media curiosity Jim Cramer Tuesday morning to discuss ongoing congressional negotiations for another - now stalled - Covid-19 relief bill.

Hanging his head, Cramer said, "The reverence I have for the office is so great that I think its a travesty to ever call - look you spent your whole life in office". "My critics didn't listen to why I mentioned it-because it is horrifying".

In the interview on Tuesday morning, Ms Pelosi said that she will not call the president in an attempt to get the new coronavirus relief package through Congress, with negotiations between house Republicans and Democrats now in a deadlock.

"What is the point?"

"Really?" Cramer said. "I mean, I thought I'd take it right off the table right this very minute".

Ms Pelosi added: "If you're talking to him you're nearly wasting your time".
