Amnesia: Rebirth to release in October

Frictional Games has confirmed that Amnesia Rebirth will be released on October 20th for PC and PS4.

Amnesia: Rebirth was announced earlier this year and aims to put the franchise back on the right track. Frictional Games, an expert developer of horror games, has designed several titles in the genre.

In Amnesia: Rebirth, you take on the role of Tasi Trianon. After an apparent plane crash, she's stranded in a desert, though it seems she can keep in touch with a doctor via a radio. How did she get here?

"Amnesia is not just another haunted house spook-fest, but an emotionally harrowing journey".

Amnesia: Rebirth will launch in October for PC and PS4.

There are also some hallucinations, what looks like some sort of creeping poison affecting Tasi, and of course, a brief glimpse of some monsters hunting her in the middle of nowhere. "This will not be your run-of-the-mill horror experience". Amnesia: Rebirth promises to continue that pedigree of fear in 2020, and now we know exactly when. Odds are most of us will be stuck at home, but that doesn't mean you have to miss out on some scares! While there was an indirect sequel in the past, fans of Amnesia have been patiently waiting for the game's true follow-up to come, and now we finally have a new trailer and, more importantly, a release date. Lastly, the game is available for pre-order at Epic Games and Steam at a 10% pre-order bonus discount.
