United States court unseals Maxwell-Epstein emails

Newly unsealed court documents provide a fresh glimpse into a fierce civil court fight between Jeffrey Epstein's ex-girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, and one of the women who accused the couple of sexual abuse.

A NY federal judge is now deciding which further documents to release in the case, amid bitter opposition from Maxwell and her legal team. Head high, not as an esacping (sic) convict.

"You have done nothing wrong and i woudl [sic] urge you to start acting like it. go outside, head high, not as an esacping [sic] convict. go to parties. deal with it", Epstein wrote in an email to Maxwell on January 25, 2015, according to the documents.

Giuffre described to her attorney Edwards and Scarola, who has been involved in the cases of seven alleged victims of the billionaire pedophile, the disturbing detail of her first sexual encounter with Epstein and Maxwell at his Florida mansion, after the alleged madam recruited her while she worked at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago club nearby.

Prosecutors accuse the 58-year-old of recruiting and grooming girls as young as 14 to be abused by Epstein.

Giuffre didn't believe that any of the girls allegedly sexually abused by Maxwell were "truly willing participants".

"Since [Jeffrey Epstein] was charged in [2007] for solicitation of a prostitute I have been the target of outright lies, innuendo, slander, defamation and salacious gossip and harassment", the email reads.

"There were blondes, there were brunettes, there were redheads", she told a U.S. district court in NY.

The late billionaire pedophile and his alleged madam told Virginia Giuffre they didn't want black girls for their sex massages, according to a 2011 taped conversation between Giuffre and her lawyers.

She added: "Some of them, I wouldn't say looks old or anything like that, but it's hard to gauge another person's age without really asking them".

It is not clear who Shelley is.

One email, sent from Epstein's email address but written in Maxwell's voice, appeared to be a draft a statement or set of talking points for Maxwell to use in defending herself.

Last August, a federal appeals court released at least 2,000 pages of evidence, including testimony from Giuffre, her mother and some of Epstein's employees.

"Ghislaine told me that she flew Bill Clinton in".

'I was expected to lick his nipples, instructed on how to do so by J.E. and give him oral sex while he wanted to fondle me, and then at the end, I was told by Ghislaine to get on top and straddle Jeffrey sexually'.

They show correspondence between the pair in 2015, despite Maxwell's lawyers claiming earlier this month that she had no contact with Epstein in more than a decade.

The royal vehemently denies this.

She also claims she had sex with high-profile United States lawyer Alan Dershowitz. Dershowitz has repeatedly denied the allegation and the two have sued each other over it.

US District Judge Loretta Preska in Manhattan had on July 23 ordered the release of large portions of more than 80 documents from a 2015 civil defamation lawsuit against Ms Maxwell by Virginia Giuffre, who accused Epstein of having kept her as a "sex slave" with Ms Maxwell's assistance.

All have denied the allegations, which are not new.
