Apple, Google, Amazon and Microsoft have a new 'fan', it's Donald Trump

Four trillion dollar companies: Apple, Amazon, Google, Microsoft. While he has always been propping his "friendship" with Apple CEO Tim Cook and how he has "helped" the company, he doesn't leave any chance to criticise the Cupertino-based tech giant.

Trump showed a sheet of paper with the MAGA letters representing the four top tech companies, joking with Fox News correspondent John Roberts that he should report that on the network.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday celebrated that the top tech companies now had market caps over a trillion dollars, and noted the initials of the companies that spelled MAGA.

President Trump highlighted the best-performing companies on the stock market so far this year, holding up a sign that said "the trillion $ club" in an Oval Office briefing held Tuesday. The expression originated as Trump's campaign motto - Make America Great Again - and is popular by the president and his fans.

The title MAGA has also been applied on Wall Street for its group of stocks which have led the market higher. This means 401ks, it means tasks. In the trillion dollar club, Apple was the first company to hit the market capitalisation mark. Amazon has accused him of personally interfering in the $10 billion Joint Enterprises Defense Infrastructure cloud contract of the defense department that was awarded to Microsoft ahead of the e-commerce giant's cloud subsidiary.

An astute reader might note that G in Trump's MAGA club should technically be an A, for Alphabet, the name of Google's parent company. As far as Trump is concerned, the United States president has often urged tech companies to do "more" for the country. He, in fact, told Tim Cook that the company needs to do more manufacturing in the USA and not in China.
