NPR Poll: More Americans Trust Trump Administration Than Congress, The Media

And almost as many are ready to see him impeached and removed from office, according to a new poll from the PBS NewsHour, NPR and Marist. It's unclear what was discussed or who was there for it, but one could imagine the conversation fell into coddling Trump's bruised ego.

"From the day I announced I was running for President, I have NEVER had a good @FoxNews Poll", he tweeted. A Quinnipiac University poll showed that 45 percent of registered voters favored impeaching Trump, while an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll reflected that 43 percent thought he should be impeached and removed from office.

Leading the crowd in extended booing against journalists in the stadium, Trump called them "crooked writers" and "fakers".

"With people like Andrew Napolitano, who wanted to be a Supreme Court Justice & I turned him down (he's been awful ever since), Shep Smith, @donnabrazile (who gave Crooked Hillary the debate questions & got fired from CNN), & others, Fox News doesn't deliver for USA anymore. But @FoxNews is also much different than it used to be in the good old days", Trump lamented.

Democrats have seen an 11 point jump in support for impeaching Trump since July, while Republicans have seen an increase of five points and independents have seen an increase of three points. If that drags on, with the inevitable court battles, many people may dismiss the whole mess as the usual Beltway bickering.

According to The New York Times, she told legislators that she was forced from her job as a result of "false claims".

He went hard after Mr. Biden's son Hunter. That is, until the Times' Ken Vogel reported on the allegations.

But despite White House attempts to stop witnesses from appearing before congressional investigators, former ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, who was sacked by Trump, testified before three House committees on Friday.

Congressional investigators see Giuliani as Trump's point man in a campaign to extract dirt on Biden from the Ukrainians.

Overall in primetime, Fox News easily won with 4.30 million viewers to MSNBC's 2.77 million and CNN's 1.23 million.

Likewise, a Washington Post-Schar School survey conducted in early October shows 58 percent of Americans are supportive of the decision by Congress to initiate an inquiry, including 49 percent who say Congress was right to begin an investigation and should also take the next step to remove Trump from office.
