New Xiaomi Mi Note 10 phone may launch by October end

As per rumors, Xiaomi is ready to bring back its Mi Note series after two years.

The Mi Note series of smartphones was Xiaomi's most premium offering, but we haven't seen them since 2017's Mi Note 3.

Last month, Xiaomi introduced the Mi Mix Alpha smartphone with the first-of-its-kind 4D surround display and 108MP rear camera.

Xiaomi's phones are mostly known for their affordable prices and it does not count among the premium smartphones brand. However, a reliable tipster from China has claimed that Xiaomi may resurrect the Mi Note series by launching the Mi Note 10 flagship phone by the end of October.

Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun announced and confirmed in June, that there no plans of company to relaunch Mi Note series. While the first and second-generation Mi Note phones were packed with flagship specs, the Mi Note 3 was an upper-midrange phone. A report by XDA Developers states that Xiaomi might include a 120Hz refresh rate in the future, which might kickstart with the launch of the Mi Note 10.

Folks over at XDA have managed to spot codes for refresh rate display settings in the latest Beta build of MIUI 11. The phone may also have a refresh rate panels of 60 HZ and 120 HZ.

Xiaomi appears to have a new smartphone in the pipeline that would offer 5X optical zoom and as much as 50X digital zoom. MIUI 11 has unleashed a barrage of new features alongside a totally overhauled design, one of which is an updated camera app.
