A mix of rain and snow is possible overnight Thursday into Friday, but total accumulation in Billings isn't expected to amount to more than a half-inch. South southwest wind 6 to 11 miles per hour.

On Thursday, the National Weather Service has warned eastern counties to drive and walk with caution due to patches of black ice: "Areas of black ice will develop where slushy snow or puddles freeze over especially on untreated roadways and sidewalks".
