The OnePlus 5T launch event date might finally be confirmed

In a highly unlikely way, now we have the complete information regarding the upcoming premium flagship smartphone from OnePlus.

However, the top company executives have not named the device from which these photographs were captured but there are some strong speculations that these images are the first camera samples of none another device than the OnePlus 5T.

There is, however, one big potential spanner in all of this, which is that the promo looks VERY similar to the OnePlus 5 Amazon exclusive page from Amazon India, meaning it could be a cheeky hoax photoshop job.

Since last few weeks, it seems that OnePlus is gearing up its efforts to launch OnePlus 5T which is expected to come up with excellent features.

Rumors about the OnePlus 5T really picked up after the OnePlus 5 was sold out. As reported previously, the catchphrase reads, "Larger display".

We would expect the dual rear camera setup to remain for the OnePlus 5T however, along with Portrait and Pro modes. There is no EXIF data on the image when checked, but we can speculate the image comes from the new OnePlus 5T. The leaked images also reveal that the smartphone will flaunt bezel-less display, edge-to-edge display and 18:9 aspect ratio. The fingerprint scanner is said to be in square shape to compliment the company's logo. Much like the OnePlus 5, the upcoming smartphone will also sport a clean UI with stock Android.

This means that the OnePlus 5T will be in line with the latest mobile trend where the bezels are shed off for a sleeker and more seamless appearance. But, OnePlus 5T is more than likely to retain that feature.

Although the company is yet to unveil the device and make the specs official, several listings - including a recent visit to the AnTuTu benchmarking site - give us an idea of what to expect from OnePlus when it finally launches the phone on November 16. One thing to note here is that OnePlus has not announced the device at the time of writing, but CEO Carl Pei could have dropped us an obvious hint.
