Children found the wide aisles of Target irresistible when the chain experimented with child-sized shopping carts, and they terrorized parents and strangers alike.

While you can pre-order your copy of Mario Kart 8 online, or any time after its release, you only have a couple weeks to get in the game for Target store's limited time Mario experience. So when two F-Zero-inspired tracks eventually arrived as part of Mario Kart 8's superb DLC, it looked like Nintendo was finally acknowledging F-Zero's influence on the karting series. Moreover, the return of the classic Battle Mode in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game is an added perk as well.

Skipping even a single coin may be detrimental to some players' game as that tiny speed boost could be the difference between winning and losing shamefully.

It's "easily the best Mario Kart yet", says Wired, thanks to the addition of eight "brilliantly designed maps" built specifically for the revamped battle mode.

While both Zelda Breath of the Wild and the Nintendo Switch have proved big sellers so far, it seems likely that they will be quickly followed by Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Toys “R” Us has just announced that they are going to be celebrating the release by having more Nintendo Switch units in stock at all stores nationwide. Time Trials, Grand Prix, and the ultra hard 200cc mode are some of the most challenging in the game. Based on the results on Nintendo Switch, it literally feels like this particular game was made for the Nintendo Switch.

Remember that the Nintendo Switch's two detachable JoyCon controllers are meant to be split up and used by two players while in Tabletop Mode, facilitating the popular arcade style play the system is known for.

Maybe, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is not the first time to be played. The Mario Kart gods have brought back the Boo item which allows you to steal items and the feather which allows you to jump higher.

Granted, it would be awful if someone was to be hurt by a speeding cart racer, but we have a simple solution: Don't race the carts, no matter how strong the urge gets.

Interestingly, Polygon points out, the game refuses to let players use two Joy-Cons held vertically when the Switch is connected to other Switches and two players are using one single Switch.
