Queen To Headline Australian Bushfire Relief Fundraiser

Beyond the Eurovision bubble, global rock icons Queen and Adam Lambert will take a break from their Australian The Rhapsody Tour in order to give a special performance.

Queen and Adam Lambert have confirmed that they will perform at a special charity concert for Australian bushfire relief.

The Fire Fight Australia concert at Stadium Australia in Sydney was announced last week to raise money for communities across the country reeling from the devastating bushfires in recent months.

The line-up also includes artists Amy Shark, Baker Boy, Conrad Sewell, Daryl Braithwaite, Delta Goodrem, Grinspoon, and Guy Sebastian, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

As if that's not enough to have you reaching for your wallet, there are still more artists to be announced in the weeks to come.

The show will take place at Sydney's ANZ Stadium on February 16 to raise funds for national bushfire relief efforts, as the country reels from devastating fires that have been sweeping across Australia since September previous year.

Funds raised will go to fire services, the Red Cross and the RSPCA's bushfire appeal.

Fire Fight Australia is happening on Sunday February 16 at ANZ Stadium.

Tickets go on sale today from 12:00pm AEDT.
