Rosario Dawson Finally Confirms Cory Booker Dating Rumors

After rumors linking them together, Rosario Dawson confirmed her relationship with New Jersey Senator Cory Booker after TMZ stopped her at Reagan National Airport in D.C. on Thursday (March 14). "Yes, very much so", Dawson responded. "It's good to spend some time together when we can". Booker announced recently that he's running for president, and Dawson juggles an acting career and her activism.

"So far, so wonderful", she added after being asked how the relationship was progressing.

The New York Post reported in January that the actress and former Newark, New Jersey, mayor had been seeing each other since at least December 2018.

"I am just grateful to be with somebody who I respect and love and admire so much".

Neither Booker nor his representatives were immediately available for comment.

For his part, Booker has been mum on his personal life with Dawson, referencing it only obliquely during a visit to Power 105.1 FM morning show "The Breakfast Club," Booker acknowledged he had "a boo", but wouldn't say who. Questioned whether she would make a "nice first lady", he replied, "Yes, she would".

Booker is the only bachelor in the 2020 Democratic field, a point of some interest among politicos.

Booker initially won his Senate seat in a 2013 special election, and then was re-elected to a full six-year term in 2014. For the first time, Rosario confirmed that she's in a romantic relationship with the politician, gushing over him to the cameras.

"Yeah", she answered while huffing through the terminal in a black beanie.
