Florida Man Dances His Way to DUI Arrest During Sobriety Test

Larson later spoke with Fox 13 and said he would not call what he in the video dancing and would not comment on the arrest.

Christopher Larson, 33, was confronted by a police deputy in Holiday, Florida who found him sleeping behind the wheel of his running truck with his foot on the brake. Larson also allegedly told the deputy he thought he was in Clearwater.

Body cam video shows Larson bouncing and rowing and spinning at certain points.

Larson appears to bust out some fancy dance moves to evade arrest - but needless to say, the deputy was not impressed.

On a second pass, Larson starts churning his arms has he walks, with a bit of bounce in his hips.

The deputy then asks, 'Are you complete with the exercise?' and it sounds as though Larson says, 'no, ' before continuing to groove down the line. He is then told to continue until he feels he had completed the exercise. Police say they spotted a truck parked with its brake lights on in front of a closed business.

The deputy said it took some knocking on the window and shouting for the man to wake up.

He was awoken by deputies but then tried to get out the vehicle while the auto was in drive.

According to an arrest report, Christopher Larson forgot to put the truck in park when he unlocked the door and began to get out.

The deputy stopped the vehicle from hitting a gate by jumping in, himself, he said.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office released video from a deputy's body camera that shows a man breaking into dance steps during the test.
