Foxx stated that her office has already been in contact with the families of two alleged victims - both of whom are over the age of 18 - but empasized that cooperation from other victims or witnesses is essential in order for her office to properly investigate the claims. Several survivors also spoke out.

But Foxx also said there's no active investigation of Kelly and launching one would require victims and witnesses. We're told investigators were flooded with calls once the docuseries aired.

Earlier in the week, reports emerged about social media giant Facebook deleting a pro-Kelly "Surviving Lies" website for violating its guidelines.

The report says the case is being forwarded to the criminal investigations division for review.
