Brad is said to be anxious Angelina just wants to make him look bad in her bid for sole custody, while he can see no reason for them to not split care of the children equally.

But the couple could still reach an agreement out of court as a source familiar with the situation but not authorized to speak publicly said both sides "are still working together to find an out-of-court settlement". News report, published on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, the estranged exes will be taking their custody battle to trial next month.

They added to People magazine: "Angelina isn't seeking full custody". And since there is no prenup, the judge will also handle the property settlement. In fact, Angelina Jolie's camp accused Brad Pitt of not providing "meaningful" child support.
