Google Pixel 3 Devices To Arrive On October 4, Ad Suggests

Google seems to have posted a listing for an October 4 Pixel 3 launch event on Famebit, its influencer marketing platform created to help brands connect with YouTubers.

After some initial rumours and leaks, Google has now reportedly confirmed the launch date of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL.

Famebit acts as a direct link between marketing agencies and YouTube creators. This particular ad is for the Pixel 3 and is looking for Canadian influencers to switch to the Pixel 3 upon release.

"For this campaign, Google is looking for Canadian creators whoa re not now Google Pixel users but are willing to switch to the Pixel 3".

Google asked for content creators in Canada who would be interested in making marketing videos about the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL for YouTube, and its Famebit post listed the launch date. However given the past two Pixel launches were for the 4th of October, it stands to believe that Google might want to keep to those dates.

Although the advert claims the phone is launching on October 4, it's not clear if this is simply the announcement of its existence or the actual on-sale date.

We've known for a while now that Google has high hopes for its incoming Pixel 3 range of smartphones, and has seemingly engineered them with just one main focus, gun down Apple's new iPhone range. In addition to a Snapdragon 845 processor, it will come with 4 GB of RAM.
