E3 2018: Control from Remedy Revealed

Publisher 505 Games describes Control as a third-person action-adventure game, and the earliest footage of the game as shown at Sony's event show that it fits right in with the rest of Remedy's catalog.

Remedy, the studio that created Max Payne, Alan Wake, and Quantum Break, has revealed its next project: Control. It promises long-lasting, story-centric gameplay and the deepest game mechanics yet in a Remedy title. The official blurb from the 505 Games published title reads 'After a secretive agency in NY is invaded by an otherworldly threat, you become the new Director struggling to regain Control'.

Remedy Entertainment and 505 Games, have unveiled the first official details and screenshots for their highly anticipated game, previously known only by its codename, "P7". The game is billed as a "sandbox-style, gameplay-driven experience" and is built on their proprietary Northlight engine. It's coming to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One sometime in 2019. "We believe this is going to be another major hit for both our companies, on a bigger scale than ever before".
