Trump jokes with summit photographers: Make us look ‘handsome and thin’

As U.S. President Donald Trump exited Air Force One in Singapore for his scheduled historic summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, Fox & Friends anchor Abby Huntsman committed what could very well be her biggest Freudian slip on air.

"There we have him".

Abby Huntsman is a co-host of Fox & Friends, the Fox News TV show seems to be a favourite of US President Donald Trump.

Martha MacCallum played several clips of media personalities criticizing Trump and the meeting, including former Bush aide Nicolle Wallace who said the president "put all his eggs in the dictator basket".

A copy of the text snapped by a photographer at the signing summit said Trump and Kim also discussed how to build "a lasting and robust peace regime on the Korean Peninsula" in their talks.

Another twitter user calling themselves Alt Fed Employee wrote: 'Nothing to see here, Fox & Friends just casually calling Trump a dictator now'.

She later apologized on the air, but that didn't stop the gaffe from taking over Twitter, sparking ire from the right and jokes from the left.

She corrected herself later in the broadcast, saying: 'As you know on live TV sometimes you don't always say things perfectly.

Trump called the meeting "a tremendous success" and that "we will have a terrific relationship, I have no doubt".

Kim Jong-un has echoed President's Trump's belief that you can know how complex worldwide negotiations on highly technical matters of nuclear technology will go from the outset if you rely on touch and feel.

"Tough doing a live show", one tweet said.

"I'll never claim to be a flawless human being", she wrote.
