Origin Access Premier subscription tier announced

The company is also planning to launch a new version of its Origin Access subscription service on PC called Origin Access Premiere that will introduce games like Madden, FIFA, and more the same day they launch at retail.

Electronic Arts announced Origin Access Premier, a premium subscription tier for its Origin Access service, during the EA Play 2018 press conference. It costs $14.99 per month or $99.99 per year. For the first time in a subscription, you're getting new games like "Madden NFL 19, ' "FIFA 19, ' 'Battlefield V" and 'Anthem, ' and full access to more than 100 games from EA and other publishers with a single membership".

Battlefield V which immerses players in unexpected battles and untold stories of World War 2 as never seen before starting October 11, 2018 for Origin Access Premier members. Origin Access Premier is slated to launch sometime this summer.

Anthem - February 15, 2019 for Origin Access Premier members, February 22 for everyone else.

We'll provide more information on the service as it comes.

You'll get access to these games prior to their street date, as well. That's pricier in comparison to the regular Origin Access service, which is $4.99 a month and $29.99 a year, but you also get a considerable amount of titles to play with all the new releases coming available. It's an interesting experiment from EA, particularly when you consider the PC audience hasn't exactly been kind to its advances due to its games sporting consumer unfriendly DRM like Denuvo.
