Bethesda Brings The Elder Scrolls: Legends To Switch

Bethesda announced a new The Elder Scrolls games today at its Electronic Entertainment Expo showcase.

The Elder Scrolls: Blades will be played by tapping or using virtual dual sticks, with combat containing standard melee attacks, ranged attacks, and magical spells.

That's probably famous last words on our part and Elder Scrolls fans with a more detailed knowledge of the series than us will likely be able to accurately predict the location of the game based on the topography of the landscape or some such witchcraft. Alongside these bombshells were more minuscule announcements, but important nonetheless, as Bethesda's Todd Howard revealed the existence of The Elder Scrolls: Blades, an Android and iOS title which can be pre-registered for now.

According to the E3 conference, The Elder Scrolls Blades is a first-person RPG reminiscent of The Elder Scrolls: Arena. Just like in the fully-fledged Elder Scrolls games you can create your own character, level up, pick new abilities, and improve them. In the meantime, check out the trailer for the game above and make sure to let us know what you'd like to see from the possible game.

It will have hand-crafted and procedurally generated dungeons.

There will also be The Town - the hub for your quests. You can also fight other players in "Arena, ' a gamemode harking back to the original Elder Scrolls title".

E3 2018 sees Fallout 76 and Skyrim publisher Bethesda take to the stage for the fourth year in a row.
