Xbox Release Date, E3 2018 Trailer, beta and more Microsoft updates

Assuming Phil Spencer is telling us the truth and many new unannounced games are coming to E3, Xbox might just have a chance to get back on top.

The biggest week in video games is nearly upon us again, with E3 opening in Los Angeles on Tuesday - the annual convention that brings together the industry's largest names. With Nintendo pumping out more and more titles this past year and PlayStation getting major hits with big titles, Xbox One X has been in need of a major success.

The third-person shooter revolves around characters known as Freelancers who don customisable exosuits called Javelins. It should last around an hour and a half, based on previous events. Hopefully we'll discover the full synopsis during E3.

Here are all the E3 2018 schedules, links to live streams, and the games that are expected to be part of the press conferences.

Sony has already confirmed that there will be no hardware being announced at the keynote. We'll have all the updates from Bethesda's conference and more E3 excitement as the event unfolds. So the key focus will be on to showcase new games for the PlayStation 4. Bigger companies such as Sony, EA, Microsoft and Ubisoft announced their games early and intentionally.

Director Hideo Kojima would have it no other way - the creator of the Metal Gear Solid series is renowned as a mysterious character whose games can take years to come to fruition, if at all. With the Xbox One X being the recent release, Microsoft has no reason to launch the successor to the Xbox One X at E3 2108.

And we're hoping Sony will create a lot of hype around Marvel's Spider-Man from Insomniac games.

To celebrate the annual E3 video game event, Microsoft and Sony are holding a huge sales event that includes consoles, accessories, and hundreds of video games.

Square Enix are returning to E3 for the first time in years, so we're interested to see where they go.

With the game due to be released in September, it's highly likely more information and an extensive look at gameplay will be part of the game's appearance at E3.
