OnePlus, alongside the launch of its premium flagship device the OnePlus 6, unveiled the Bullet Wireless headphones at its India launch event in Mumbai on Thursday. Last year, the OnePlus Bullets Wireless headphones pair was seen getting Bluetooth-certified so we know audio is being improved for better sound quality.

The new Bullets Wireless is an upgrade of the previously launched wired headphones from the company.

If the Bullets Wireless are connected to the OnePlus 6, 5T or the OnePlus 5, snapping the buds together will automatically pause the music. Users can resume playback and take calls simply by pulling the attached earbuds apart. These features are backwards compatible with the OnePlus 6 and previous OnePlus smartphones. The company was also able to incorporate fast charging to the Bluetooth headphones. The buds magnetically clamp together, but with the aforementioned phones, that mechanism acts as an additional means of control. The neck band features a button for power and pairing, as well as the input for Dash Charge. Interestingly, the earbuds have fast charging, and can be charged using a type C cable.

The earbuds have a range of up to 10 meters and are powered by the Google Assistant.

Bullet Wireless makes use of Google Assistant integration to allow the user to save a reminder, get directions among others. As far as the battery is concerned, OnePlus has claimed that the headphones can provide a total of 8 hours of continuous playback. The company says that a 10-minute charge will be enough for five hours of music playback.

The OnePlus Bullet Wireless earbuds will be available starting early June on their Official Store for $70.
