Hilary Duff Took Her Feud With Her 'A**hole' Neighbor Public on Instagram

Duff, who has been working since childhood as a singer ("Come Clean") and on her starring stint as Disney Channel's Lizzie McGuire, went on to call her neighbor as a deadbeat in her epic public rant that included plenty of eggplant emojis.

She called him out for allegedly keeping her up by "smoking cigarettes and weed all night long" in an Instagram rant on Tuesday night.

The actress has six-year old son Luca with her ex-husband Mike Comrie.

Although he claims his building is cigarette-friendly, Addison says he tried to work with Duff after she first complained about his smoke. "I really hope your (sic) hang over hurts".

"Calling all New Yorkers with asshole neighbors, really open to any advice you have", she said in a video uploaded this morning.

In a second clip, Duff continued: "We know your parents pay your rent, we know you've never worked a day in your life". Don't be a d- dude - and put your trash down the shoot.

"Stop breaking all your furniture when you have fight with your girlfriend or boyfriend".

In another photo, Duff wrote that she got no sleep last night due to Addison's actions.

Hilary also found Dieter's private Instagram account and shared her message there, but it seems the singer may have gone too far. I tried to avoid his fist, but he hit me on the head... "I immediately called my lawyer who told me to call the police".

Along with plastering her neighbor's name (Dieter Addison) all over each of her Instagram posts, Duff also drew cat faces over a blurry picture of him - which honestly feels a little middle school to us. In fact, he has now lawyered up and is thinking of taking out a restraining order on Duff and Koma.

"I am getting a lot of hate mail and threats from her fans, it is so bad I'm going to have to get a bodyguard".

Speaking to Page Six by phone on Wednesday, Addison told us he does not smoke pot and he actually lives full-time with a sober companion. I've been sober for months now.

Afterwards, Hilary's reps released a statement addressing the situation, claiming "there was no altercation whatsoever".

"My neighbour smokes cigarettes and weed all night long, my apartment reeks".

"Worked 15 hours yesterday and back at work again at 5:30 a.m.", she wrote.
