Professional Golfer's Wife Arrested For Assaulting Him & His Mother

Saturday night, however, Lucas allegedly told deputies he was exhausted of all the altercations with his wife and couldn't take it anymore.

Glover confirmed on Twitter there was an altercation. Neither Lucas or his mother required attention from paramedics.

Deputies responded to the scene and handcuffed Krista. According to the Daily Mail, Krista allegedly went berserk on Mother's Day weekend and attacked both Lucas and his mother Saturday, and was arrested for domestic battery and resisting arrest.

Krista Glover was arrested at the house where the couple was staying during the tournament, where she reportedly had an altercation with Lucas.

New details from the unredacted police report show that Lucas told police that every time he played poorly in a tournament, his wife Krista would begin yelling at him, "stating that he is a "loser" and "p***y".

The drama, however, didn't stop once Krista was handcuffed.

Police officials noted in the report that Krista resisted them, refusing to get in the squad auto by "blocking herself from sitting down".

The 36-year-old is accused of causing bodily harm when she "forcefully attacked" the athlete and her mother-in-law in front of their two kids, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.

She allegedly tried to wrap her legs and feet around the frame of the open vehicle door, but several deputies pulled and pushed until she got in.

Krista was ultimately put into the auto, but she then began screaming and forcefully kicking the rear driver's side door of the patrol vehicle.

While she was en route for the jail, she allegedly threatened the arresting officers saying, "This is why cops get shot in the face". "Wait till I talk with the judge, you will be f-king fired over this".

When reached on her cellphone this afternoon, Krista hung up abruptly when asked for comment.

When they left the house, deputies handed Lucas a pamphlet about the dangers of domestic violence and another spelling out victims' rights. She was released the next day after posting $2,500 in bonds.

In a statement to Golf.com, the PGA Tour said it supported Glover and his family: "We are aware of the situation and Lucas informed us of his statement, which has since been posted to his Twitter account".

He and Krista live in Jupiter, Fla., and were married in 2012.
