20th Century Fox releases Bohemian Rhapsody's first trailer

For all music fans out there, the trailer of the much-awaited 'Bohemian Rhapsody' is out and actor Rami Malek's retro style looks quite intense.

Bohemian Rhapsody was written by Anthony McCarten (The Theory of Everything) and also stars Game of Thrones veteran Aidan Gillen.

The short trailer - barely a minute and a half long - opens with Malek (a very believable Mercury) engaging with his audience dishing out his typical showman charm.

The film apparently doesn't take any shortcuts to their success, though, covering some of the ups and downs that they encountered while trying to get some of their unconventional songs produced and out to the general public.

Rami Malek will play Mercury in the film, which will be released in November this year.

Then, in December, after three months of filming, director Bryan Singer was sacked for being absent from the production on multiple occasions and clashing with the cast and crew.

The film's synopsis describes it as a "foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury, who defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet".

The movie Bohemian Rhapsody is produced by mainframe companies like 20th Century Fox and Regency Enterprises, and has been through an on and off production cycle since 2010.
