Nobuo Uematsu Is Said To Be Helping With Final Fantasy VII Remake

Locke Cole isn't a household name outside of the Final Fantasy world, but he is one of the more popular characters from what is considered by many as one of the best games of all time, Final Fantasy VI.

Fans who have been eagerly anticipating the FF7 Remake, however, may be disappointed with the release date. He left Square Enix in 2004 and because of that reason, he was no more involved with further Final Fantasy development.

"I've worked on numerous titles with Uematsu-san, and while I'm now working on the production of Final Fantasy VII Remake, it's actually been since Final Fantasy X that I directly worked with Uematsu-san", Kitase said.
