Rumored specs for the phone include an nearly 6-inch Full HD display with an 18:9 ratio, a Snapdragon 630 chipset and 6GB of RAM. The smartphone will feature a rear-facing fingerprint scanner which will be hidden within the Motorola batwing logo.

The upcoming Moto G6-series from Lenovo-owned Motorola has been in headlines for quite a while now and as its rumored launch date comes near, the number of leaks related to the Moto G6, G6 Plus, and Moto G6 Play have picked up the pace, the most recent one being leaked renders of the whole Moto G6-series. Interestingly, past renders of the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Plus suggest fingerprint sensor will still be placed under the display so it's still unclear whether only the G6 Play will be the only model with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. However, a new hand-on image of Moto G6 Play has surfaced on the internet ahead of its official launch.

The leaked hands-on images show that the Moto G6 Play will feature a glass build as seen on the Moto X4.

Keen-eyed tipster Roland Quandt noticed Moto G6 32GB model listed on Canada and the USA edition of Amazon and once, it got reported in the media, the webpage was taken down.

Finally there's the cheapest member of the Motorola G6 family. Following the same, the renders of all the three smartphones in the G6 lineup have come to light. In the camera department, the smartphone is likely to feature the same dual-lens camera setup as the Moto G6. It is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC coupled with Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. There is a dual rear camera setup (12MP + 5MP), 16MP front camera, an octa-core processor, 32GB in-built storage and 3000mAh battery with TurboPower fast charging support.

The Moto G6 Plus will be the most expensive among the three phones and is expected to be a larger device with a 5.93-inch full HD+ display. All three phones are expected to ship with Android Oreo out-of-the-box. We will know more in the days leading up to the launch event on April 19.
