Hands-On With Apple's Stunning Red iPhone 8

Many people want iPhone in new colours but Apple takes their own time to bring their unique models. Apple didn't announce a red version of the iPhone X, which remains available in either grey or white. The company said that those buying the special edition iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will be offered free Personal Setup at Apple Stores as well as online to help them customize their devices.

Earlier this week, Apple released a (PRODUCT) RED iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, and yesterday evening we saw our first hands-on look at the device.

To date, (RED) has generated more than $500 million for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. The reception of the public to these special iPhone red variants has been positive, with last year's red iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus raking in a total profit of $30 million. They also feature some of our more loved iPhone 8 features: the dual 12-megapixel camera, Portrait mode, wireless charging, and more!

Apple iPhone 8 (RED) - It has 4.7-inch HD LCD Retina IPS display with a resolution of 1334x750 and a pixel density of 336 ppi. The new "Product Red" iPhone 8 and 8 Plus won't arrive until this Friday, but I was able to get a sneak peek earlier Tuesday in New York City.

Multiple users have reported that their Apple iPhone 8's screen has stopped working after the latest iOS 11.3 update.

As for the red iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, the new variant will become available starting on April 13.

The top-end iPhone X won't receive the red paint job, but the tech giant has launched a red leather case (€109) to fit the €1,000 device and several other models.

In line with this, Apple revealed that the iPhone X is getting a red leather folio. The iPhone 8 Plus is available in both Space Grey and Gold colour variants.

There is no red iPhone X, reasons unknown. It will be available in two variants, 64GB which is priced at Rs 67,940 and 256GB for Rs 81,500.

Weird things are happening to iPhones that have had their screens replaced by third-party fix houses, and it has a whiff of conspiracy theory to it. The iPhone Upgrade Program is available at apple.com, the Apple Store app and Apple Stores in the United States with monthly payments starting at $34.50 (US) for the iPhone 8 64GB model.
