Jeff Goldblum is back in Frontier's Jurassic World Evolution

What do you think of Goldblum returning to the fold in the upcoming video game?

Of course, this won't be the only time this year that Goldblum will step back into the role of Dr Ian Malcolm, as he's also appearing in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom when that releases in June.

Jurassic World Evolution is due for release this summer to coincide with the highly anticipated, Chris Pratt-fronted Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Despite that, it's already been given 10/10 Goldblums, which makes it the greatest game ever made.

This is the latest entry in the Jurassic Park games series, with another title, Jurassic World Alive, allowing players interact with and collect dinosaurs in the world around them, similar to Pokémon Go. Now, Frontier gets to work with the Jurassic Park brand, and adding Jeff Goldblum gives it a more legitimate tie to that franchise.

Jeff says "I'm gonna be with you the whole game", which I guess means Jurassic World Evolution is tossing away the films' thriller aspect to wholly embrace the tranquility of the management sim genre, because how is anyone supposed to feel unsafe around Jeff?

In the teaser video (above), Goldblum announces that he's making his returning to the world of Jurassic Park and will be with players throughout their journey. "That's my highest rating".

Frontier Developments develops Planet Coaster, a popular theme park and roller coaster-building game for PC with over 1 million players. The developer is also responsible for the open-ended outer space exploration and combat simulator Elite: Dangerous. Watch the trailer for the game down below.
