The Carolina Panthers have announced Tina Becker has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and been given full control of the day-to-day management of the organization.

This comes in the wake allegations in the sexual nature against Jerry Richardson, who has owned the team since 1993.

The Panthers announced Friday they were investigating Richardson's conduct and the Sports Illustrated report said at least four former Panthers employees have received "significant" monetary settlements due to inappropriate workplace comments and conduct by Richardson, including sexually suggestive language and behavior. He also said he spoke with Richardson on Sunday night regarding the upcoming sale of the club and said he wanted to keep that part of the conversation private.
