IPad Pro review roundup: A powerful tablet that shouldn't have been released

Apple invited press into a hands-on area for a brief play with their new Macs, iPads and the much hyped HomePod, the multi-room speaker.

The 10.5-inch iPad Pro looks a lot like the 9.7-inch model.

Apple is bringing the world into one's hands with the 2017 iPad Pro, most especially when it is armed with iOS 11. This move might be to favor FaceTime (whose camera got an upgrade with the new model).

Apple began accepting iPad Pro orders just after the WWDC keynote event. That leads to the question of whether or not a 10.5-inch iPad Pro can replace your computer, and I know a few people where it will definitely do that - but that's more than likely not the majority.

The best thing about this Leather Sleeve is the fact that the iPad Pro with the Smart Keyboard attached can be fitted inside it.

On GFXBench suite, this translates to 208fps on the T-Rex offscreen test, again a modest improvement over the 12.9-inch iPad Pro (170fps), but a big jump over the iPad (82fps) and mini 4 (48fps). With this iPad Pro, Apple comes closer than ever to simulating that experience.

Earlier this month, Apple did exactly what many rumors had built up: Announced a new, slightly different iPad Pro. Apple current moves tend to focus more on two markets that are growing steadily, that is, the detachable devices that offers first-party keyboard (iPad Pro) and low-priced devices which are dominated by Huawei and Amazon.
